PROVEN Management’s mission is to create environments where people can thrive. We work hard every day to empower, encourage, and support individuals and communities through our professional work and personal contributions.

Good corporate citizenship and giving back is a vital part of PROVEN’s culture. Each member of our leadership team donates at least 32 hours of community service to a non-profit organization of their choice. Our goal is to give our time and talent to “improve what we can, where we can, as much as we can.”

Denita is actively involved in the community and regularly gives her time and financial resources for the benefit of others. In 2017, Denita and her two daughters started the Conway Foundation, a non-profit for single mothers in the community that provides job training, mentoring, financial assistance, and emotional support.

Denita’s commitment is to pay forward what was provided to her. It was the sisters of her high school, neighbors, friends of the family, and strangers-turned-mentors that helped Denita succeed as the mother and businesswoman she is today.
