Diversity

The PROVEN team believes that excellent work performance comes from professionals with diverse backgrounds, varied experiences, specialized expertise, and unique perspectives. We see diversity as a key asset that can help you reach your small and disadvantaged business participation, utilization, and diversity goals—and make your project a success.

PROVEN is also committed to making supplier diversity an integral part of the way we do business. Our partnerships know no racial, ethnic, gender, religious, sexual orientation, organizational, or cultural boundaries. We involve qualified diverse enterprises when our clients have needs that are outside our team’s capabilities. Additionally, as owners representatives, we strive to create fair competition by encouraging minority-, woman-, veteran, disability-, service-disabled veteran-, and LGBT-owned businesses to bid on posted opportunities.

Safety

PROVEN’s safety program protects the wellbeing of our employees, subcontractors, clients, and the public from hazards on and around the job site; reduces the possibility of physical loss damage; and ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state guidelines. Our ultimate goal is to complete all projects with zero lost-time injuries.

Our safety program includes:

  • Following OSHA guidelines for safety attire and equipment handling.

  • Training our personnel on each piece of equipment they use.

  • Issuing safety warnings and applying safety best practices (such as for COVID-19).

  • Having contingency plans for emergencies.

  • Equipping our project managers with survival kits with flashlights, jumper cables, flares, flares, and first aid supplies.

  • Enabling tracking devices on our phones.

  • Having flexible telework schedules that allow our staff who are sick, injured, or recovering to continue to work safely, as they are able.

In addition, all senior PROVEN team members are OSHA General Industry certified.
