PROVEN is hiring a motivated, high-energy Project Manager / Owner’s Representative to support major workplace renovation and infrastructure projects for a Fortune 100 energy client in Kennett Square, PA.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to grow fast, gain serious project experience, and work directly with construction teams, engineers, architects, and corporate leadership.

What You Will Do
Manage active commercial construction and renovation projects
Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Attend construction meetings and support project execution
Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Support renovation, infrastructure, and workplace improvement projects
Help drive projects from design through construction closeout
Projects Include
Interior office renovations
Workplace modernization
Infrastructure replacement
MEP coordination
Commercial construction oversight
Facilities improvement projects

Preferred Experience
2-5+ years in construction, facilities, architecture, or project management
Commercial construction or renovation experience preferred
Ability to read construction drawings
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk, or Microsoft Project is a plus
PMP certification or pursuing PMP preferred
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred
